Sergio Gonzalez Perez is Delegado de Secretaria de Cultura del
            Estado de Baja California. One of his dreams is to have an orchestra
               of 100 members, and though they have palyed in concerts
                  through out Baja, it would be fun to go to Mexico
                      City’s Palace of Bellas Artes to perform.
